CEO Luxury Transportation will make every effort to accomodate your reservations and personal needs.

The following information may be helpful in answering any questions you may have about our reservation policies.

RESERVATION TERMS / TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations require a (50%) deposit which is based on the total amount of the initial booking. Deposits are non-refundable in the case of any cancellation by client. A valid credit card is required to reserve a vehicle. The final balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your event. Any reservations made with less than 14 days notice must be fully paid for at the time of booking. Full fair including a (20%) gratuity, will be billed to clients credit card if a cancellation occurs less than (72 hours)prior to the scheduled pick up time. Full fare, including a (20%) gratuity will be billed if the passenger fails to be at the designated driver meeting area. If you cannot locate your driver, call CEO Luxury Transportation at 888-619-2224. To avoid being charged as a No-Show, do not leave your location without communicating with CEO Luxury Transportation. No show charges may apply to any late cancellations or dismissal of vehicle.

No Show Charges:  Passenger will be charged the full amount including a (20%) gratuity for no show pick ups. If no call is made to cancel reservation and driver shows up for pick up, you will be charged for the full fare if you do not arrive. CEO Luxury Transportation is not responsible for services delayed, or not rendered, due to weather conditions, traffic, or other circumstances beyond its control. CEO Luxury Transportation does not guarantee original vehicle availability or originally quoted prices in the event of a reservation change.

Airport Service:  All transfers are based on 1 hour service agreement. Additional hours will be billed at CEO Luxury Transportation's normal hourly rate for that specific vehicle. A 20% gratuity will be added to all invoices. For your convenience, CEO Luxury transportation allows a 24hr cancellation for Airport Service Only. Please see no show terms above.

BILLING

Transportation is billed to the client's personal credit card or corporate account.

CEO Luxury Transportation accepts the following credit cards:

  • Visa

    The following additional charges will be itemized on the customer's billing statement when applicable:

  • Additional Hours of Use
  • Tolls
  • Airport and Regulatory Fees
  • Fuel Surcharge
  • Additional Stops
  • Cleaning Fees
  • Broken or Stolen Items Fees
  • Special Event Parking Fees
  • Applicable taxes will be charged as required.

    All published rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made.

    All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.

    Due to fluctuation in currency exchange rates, all US dollar equivalents of international rates may vary.

    COMMON BROKEN / STOLEN ITEM FEES

  • Champagne Flute - $28.00 Each
  • Low Ball / Rocks Glass - $20.00 Each
  • Custom CEO Liquor Bottle with Stopper - $15.00 Each
  • Crystal Liquor Decanter - $150.00
  • Bottle Opener - $10.00
  • Champagne Opener - $15.00
  • CEO Custom Music DVD - $50.00
  • Other CD's or DVD's - $30.00
  • Floral Decorations - $275.00 per set

    All other items will be charged as applicable

    COMMON EXCESSIVE CLEANING / REPAIR FEES

  • Gum Spots on Upholstery or Carpet - $30.00 Each
  • Necessary Carpet Shampooing - $200.00
  • Vomit on the interior of vehicle - $500.00
  • Vomit on the exterior of vehicle - $100.00
  • Cigarette Smoke Removal - $500.00
  • Upholstery Rips or Burns - $300.00

    All other items will be charged as applicable

    VEHICLE RATES

    CEO Luxury Transportation has standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports.

    Sedan rates for travel between locations in which a point-to-point rate does not exist will be billed at the prevailing CEO Luxury Transportation hourly rate. Customers are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the CEO Luxury Transportation facility until the time it returns to the CEO Luxury Transportation facility, with a 1 hour minimum.

    All reservations that are billed on an hourly basis, will be billed a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle.

    Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour.

    *All-inclusive covers transportation, gratuity, and fuel.

    WAIT TIME / ADDITIONAL STOPS

    For all point-to-point reservations, waiting time will be charged at 50% of your hourly rate once the grace period has elapsed. Grace period is defined as five (5) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time.

    CEO Luxury Transportation is able to monitor all commercial flights, therefore, a waiting time is allowed of up to 15 minutes for domestic and international flights for any passenger arriving on a commercial airline.

    CEO is not responsible for incorrect reporting of flight times and schedules by the airlines.

    CEO Luxury Transportation does not monitor private flights, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 15 minutes.

    CEO Luxury Transportation does not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delayed by more than 15 minutes.

    Passenger requested stops en route during a point-to-point reservation will be charged an additional fee of $25.00 for each additional stop.

    Passenger requested stops off route for point-to-point reservations, will result in the prevailing CEO Luxury Transportation hourly rate in addition the $25.00 additional stop fee.

    EVENT SERVICES

    All Event Services vehicle types will be billed at the prevailing CEO Luxury Transportation hourly rate.

    Customers are billed from the time personnel and/or vehicles leave the CEO Luxury Transportation facility until the time it returns to the CEO Luxury Transportation facility.

    All Reservations that are billed on an hourly basis, will be billed a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle.

    Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour.

    SMOKING POLICY

    There is absolutely no smoking on any of our vehicles. Smoking may terminate your services immediately and/or incur a cleaning fee of $500.00.

    ALCOHOL POLICY

    Anyone under the age of 21 will not be consuming alcohol in the vehicle (PUBLIC UTILTIES CODE SECTION 5348.1-5384.5). If anyone under the age of 21 has been found to have been drinking alcohol, services will be terminated immediately and without refund.

    CHAUFFEUR DISCRETION

    The driver has the right to terminate services for any form of physical or mental abuse without refund.

    FORCE MAJEURE

    CEO Luxury Transportation shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions, and breakdowns.

    CEO Luxury Transportation assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
